J.C. (Chic) Balderstone Memorial Award
West St. Paul Youth Volunteer Award
The RM of West St. Paul invites you to nominate individuals from our community who are contributing to volunteerism!
Letters of nomination must outline the nominee's volunteer experience and why they would be a good candidate to receive the award.

Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
J.C. (Chic) Balderstone Memorial Award Criteria:
- To recognize on a yearly basis an individual who is an avid volunteer in the community.
- Recipient must be a resident of the RM of West St. Paul.
- Recipient must be 18 years of age or older.
Current elected officials and full time, part time, casual staff are ineligible for this award.
West St. Paul Youth Volunteer Award Criteria:
- To recognize on a yearly basis an individual who has made a contribution to their school, an organization or the community through volunteerism.
- Recipient must be a resident of the RM of West St. Paul.
- Recipient must be under the age of 18.
