Registrations for ALL the Recreation Programs offered by the RM of West St. Paul will be done ONLINE through the Univerus Program Registration System.

To register, you must have an active client account. You must CREATE a new Client Account if you have never used the system before. After you create an account, an email will be sent to the email address provided to activate your account.
***For parents/guardians enrolling children into programs please be sure to create a Family Account with yourself as the billing client and your children as family members.***
If you have signed up for a Program/Waiting List during the Fall 2024 Program Session, you WILL have an active Account. You would need to Log-On with the Email Address and Password you entered when you created your Account.

E-Transfer - sent to finance@weststpaul.com - please include the program and attendees name in the notes
Payments can be dropped off in the drop-box outside the RM of West St. Paul Municipal Office at 3550 Main St. West St. Paul or in the mailbox slot of the office door at the Access Centre
Please put payments in an envelope marked with your name and the program you are paying for
Payment can also be submitted the first day of the program, except for those that require pre-payment

FREE Open Gym - Mondays & Wednesdays
- Individuals taking part must CLEAN-UP when done using the equipment and leave equipment room tidy
- ADULTS MUST STAY & SUPERVISE THEIR CHILDREN IN THE GYMNASIUM AT ALL TIMES
- Those attending a timeslot with children outside of the intended age group, please be respectful of all other participants and ensure that the older children are playing safely with others and all of the equipment
Yoga
*NEW* Block Therapy
Block Therapy is a unique form of body work that helps melt adhesions and restrictions of connective tissue blocking blood flow. It uses a therapeutic wooden block similar to a yoga block to release the enormous force of fascia adhering to bone.The process improves blood flow to areas we are working on sending heat and energy to provide healthier cells ultimately improving our body alignment.
Block Therapy will:
-Release fascia throughout your entire body
-Manage and eliminate your pain
-Strengthen your posture
-Create symmetry in your body
-Unlock your diaphragm to optimize your breath and prevent injuries

Mindful Movement - Chair Yoga
Mindful Movement - Chair Yoga
This program is specifically designed for seniors dealing with physical limitations, such as joint or muscle weakness, or reduced mobility. It focuses on strengthening and stretching muscles to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. Exercises can be performed either seated or standing, with modifications provided to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. Please wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. Class will be held in the Mezzanine.

Functional Fitness for Women 50+
his program is tailored for women aged 50+ who are ready to begin a fitness routine. It’s the perfect introduction for beginners aiming to boost health and improve their overall well-being. The class will feature strength training and mobility exercises, with modifications provided to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. It’s never too late to get started with exercise! Please wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. Classes will be held in the gymnasium.
