Just follow along with what Shaelyn is doing during this time period:

*Cossack squat or side lunge x10 per side

*Plank for 30 seconds keeping back flat (from knees if necessary)

*Reverse lunges x10 per side 

*Toe taps for 30 seconds

*Push up variation x10

*Plank for 30 seconds keeping back flat (from knees if necessary)

 *Break 1 minute
