April 6, 2020
The Rural Municipality of West St. Paul will hold a Special Meeting of
Council on April 6, 2020 at 6:00pm.
The purpose of this meeting is to hold a Public Hearing for the Rossmore Avenue West of the CP Rail Line Local Improvement Plan By-Law 2020-06 and to give first reading to By-Law 2020-06.

As per resolution 2020-139, no persons are permitted to physically attend the Council Chambers at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Council will continue to hold meetings openly and in such a manner to ensure that no person shall be excluded, and as such meetings will be conducted using a video conferencing communication facility. Additionally a speaker will also be placed at the East entrance of the Municipal office during Council meetings for those who wish to attend. We encourage residents to use their discretion when considering attending a Council Meeting during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures will be in place until such time that the COVID-19 pandemic does not pose a significant health and safety risk.
