On January 7, 2022 Manitoba Infrastructure advised the RM of West St. Paul of another perimeter closure in our municipality.
 
To ensure that our residents and business owners are informed we would like to advise that Manitoba Infrastructure will permanently close access to Kapelus Drive from PTH 101 south of the Sunova Centre effective Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
 
Access to Kapelus Drive will continue to be available from PTH 9 (Main Street) and from PTH 8 (McPhillips Street).
 
This closure follows the Phase 2: Perimeter Safety Review and improves safety and mobility on the North Perimeter Highway.  More information can be found at https://engagemb.ca/north-perimeter-safety-review.
