Public Hearing Planner’s Report available for advance viewing
To assist those who may be interested in tonight’s Public Hearing for Zoning By-Law Amendment 2020-15 ‘P’ – an application to amend text relating to two-family and multiple-family dwellings, permitted projections and temporary additional dwellings – the Planner’s Report is available for advance viewing HERE. For ease of reference, the map below highlights RMF-1 zoned properties that will be affected by proposed side yard adjustments.
The Public Hearing is part of this evening’s Council Meeting.
As per resolution 2020-139, no persons are permitted to physically attend the Council Chambers at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Council Meetings will be livestreamed through the Municipal YouTube Channel.
