Hourly Rental Rates

| After Hours (4:00 PM onwards) | $100.00 / hour | $120.00 / hour |
Proof of residency (e.g., Driver’s License or Manitoba Health Card) must be provided at the time of booking to qualify for the resident rate.
What’s Included
Your hourly rental includes:
Space: Use of designated facility space.
Furniture: Tables and chairs (if required).
Amenities: Access to washroom and kitchen areas (upon request and based on availability).
Set-Up & Take-Down
Your booked time must include all setup and takedown. Please ensure:
Entry: You do not enter the facility before your scheduled start time.
Cleanup: All event-related cleanup is completed before your scheduled end time.
Furniture: Renters are responsible for setting up and putting away all tables and chairs used during the rental.
Inflatables / Bouncers
If you plan to bring in a bouncer or inflatable, the following conditions apply:
Insurance: The inflatable provider must supply proof of liability insurance.
Additional Insured: The policy must list The Rural Municipality of West St. Paul as an additional insured.
Documentation: This paperwork must be submitted in advance of your event.
Pickup: You are responsible for ensuring the inflatable is picked up at least 30 minutes before your rental ends.
Booking Details
To confirm your rental, the following steps are required:
Agreement: A Facility Rental Agreement must be signed.
Deposit: Payment of a 25% non-refundable hold deposit.
Final Balance: The remaining rental balance must be paid 21 days before your event.
Payment Methods
Cash: Exact change only.
Cheque: Payable to RM of West St. Paul.
Debit
E-Transfer: Send to finance@weststpaul.com (Please include your name and event date in the memo).
Please note: Credit cards are not accepted.
