Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for New Multi-Family Development in Parkview Pointe

The RM of West St. Paul is pleased to mark the official groundbreaking of a new multi-family housing development in the Parkview Pointe neighbourhood.

This project represents an important step in supporting continued growth in our community and expanding local housing options. Once complete, the development will include 96 units across eight two-story, 12-unit buildings. All units are planned to be three-bedroom, offering a housing option suited to young families as well as seniors seeking additional living space without the maintenance of a larger home.

The development will include on-site tree planting and internal pedestrian sidewalks, which will connect to existing sidewalks on Parkview Pointe Drive and a future connection on Elm Drive. Building designs will vary and are intended to complement and seamlessly integrate with the existing character of homes in Parkview Pointe.

Members of Council and project partners were in attendance to celebrate the start of construction and recognize the collaboration that made this project possible.

The RM of West St. Paul looks forward to welcoming future residents to Parkview Pointe and to seeing this development take shape in the months ahead.
