Mindful Movement - Chair Yoga

This program is specifically designed for seniors dealing with physical limitations. It focuses on strengthening and stretching muscles to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture. Exercises can be performed seated or standing.

  • What to Bring: Wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle.
