Notice of Road Construction - Cowley Street from Addis Avenue to Rossmore Avenue

Please be advised that Cowley Street from Addis Avenue to Rossmore Avenue will be closed beginning Monday, August 17, 2026, for road reconstruction as part of Meadowlands Phase 3B.

Motorists are asked to follow the posted detour route and use caution around the construction area. Please see the map below. For everyone’s safety, please keep children and pets away from active construction areas.
