The Rural Municipality of West St. Paul is seeking proposals for a Fire Services Operational & Sustainability Study.

Sealed submissions clearly marked “Request for Proposal 2026-03 Fire Services Operational & Sustainability Study” will be received by the undersigned at the address below until 2:00 p.m. on April 9, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Municipality retains the right to reject the lowest or any bid if it does not meet the needs of the Municipality.
