2026 Property Taxes Due September 29

This is a reminder to all property owners that 2026 property taxes are due Tuesday, September 29, by 4:30 p.m.

To avoid penalties, payment must be received on or before the due date. If paying online through your financial institution, please allow up to five business days for processing.


Payment Options

Property taxes can be paid using any of the following methods:

At the Municipal Office - 3550 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or Interac. Please note that debit cards may have daily transaction limits. Residents planning to pay by debit are encouraged to confirm their limit with their financial institution before visiting the Municipal Office. Credit cards are not accepted.


By Mail
Mail cheques to:

Please make cheques payable to the RM of West St. Paul and include your property roll number on the cheque to ensure the payment is applied to the correct property.


Online Banking
Property taxes can be paid through most financial institutions or TelPay.

When paying through online banking:

  • Search for “West St Paul” as a payee.
  • Select the West St Paul “Taxes” or “Property Tax” payee. The exact payee name may vary by financial institution.
  • Enter your complete property roll number, excluding the decimal, as the account number.
  • Allow up to five business days for your payment to be processed and received by the RM.


Please note: 

  • The payee name may vary by financial institution but should reference the Rural Municipality of West St. Paul and the appropriate tax account.
  • Property taxes and utilities are set up as two separate bill payees with your financial institution. Sending a payment to the incorrect payee may result in interest fees.
