Notice of Intersection Closure: Cowley Street from Addis Avenue to Rossmore Avenue

Please be advised that the intersection of Rossmore Avenue and Cowley Street will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, August 24, 2026, for road reconstruction as part of Meadowlands Phase 3B.

Traffic control signage will be in place to direct motorists safely around the work area. Rossmore Avenue will remain accessible from both the east and west, however, traffic will not be able to travel through the Rossmore Avenue and Cowley Street intersection. Cowley Street will not be accessible via Rossmore Avenue. Please see the map below.
