Notice of Construction - Nye Avenue and Baldock Street

Starting the week of March 16, Darco Group Ltd. will mobilize to commence installation of wastewater sewers on Nye Avenue and Baldock Street. Construction is expected to continue until the end of May. Final ditch and road restorations will be completed later in 2026.

This project includes installation of sewer mains and sewer services to the property line of properties fronting the street. Corner lots may be serviced off the side of the lot where it is beneficial to do so.

For your safety and to provide adequate working space for the contractor, no parking will be allowed on the roads for the duration of construction.  Recycling and garbage collection will not be affected.  One lane of traffic will be maintained when possible, however, there may be disruption to traffic flow at times.  Secondary emergency road access will be provided between the south end of Baldock Street and River Trail Drive. To keep your children and pets safe, please keep them away from the construction site at all times.
