Temporary Intersection Closure - Rossmore Avenue & Cowley Street

Please be advised that the intersection of Rossmore Avenue and Cowley Street will be closed to through traffic from Thursday, August 6 to Friday, August 7, 2026, for road construction.

Rossmore Avenue will remain accessible from both the east and west; however, traffic will not be able to travel through the Rossmore Avenue/Cowley Street intersection. Cowley Street will not be accessible via Rossmore Avenue. Please see the map below. 

During this time, residents will continue to have access to their properties. Traffic control signage will be in place to direct motorists safely around the work area.

For everyone's safety, please keep children and pets away from active construction areas. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
