This program is tailored for ages 50+ who are ready to begin a fitness routine. It's the perfect introduction for beginners aiming to boost health and improve their overall well-being through strength training and mobility exercises.

Important Notes:

  • No Class Dates: May 20, June 3

  • What to Bring: Wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle.
