Notice of Intersection Reopening - Rossmore Avenue and Cowley Street

Please be advised that the intersection of Rossmore Avenue and Cowley Street will be reopening to through traffic beginning the evening of Friday, September 4, 2026.

Cowley Street will remain closed to through traffic between Rossmore Avenue and Addis Avenue as part of the ongoing road reconstruction for Meadowlands Phase 3B. Work is anticipated to be complete by October 30, 2026, weather permitting.

Traffic control signage will be in place to direct motorists safely around the work area. For everyone's safety, please keep children and pets away from active construction areas.
