Library Membership Rebate Program

Did you know that the RM of West St. Paul offers a rebate of up to 50% on library membership fees? West St. Paul residents who purchase an annual non-resident membership at the City of Winnipeg Library, Gaynor Family Library (Selkirk), or Town of Stonewall Library can submit their receipt for a reimbursement.

Prefer digital? Residents also have the option to purchase a digital-only membership through the South Interlake Regional Library for $10/year, which provides access to over 40,000 titles via the Libby app. Please note that Libby access is included in the standard annual memberships of the libraries listed above.
