The results are in: PUPPS & TIPPS Contest Winners

This summer, the RM of West St. Paul launched a contest encouraging residents to sign up for the Pre-Authorized Utility Payment Plan Service (PUPPS) or Tax Installment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS) in exchange for an entry to win a variety of prizes. Residents had until September 15 to submit their enrollment applications; the draw took place on September 24. 

The campaign resulted in 222 new enrollments across the two programs, including 137 new TIPPS enrollments and 85 new PUPPS enrollments.

Both PUPPS and TIPPS allow residents to make their payments through monthly installments, providing a convenient way to manage utility bills and property taxes throughout the year.
