Street Scraping & Ditch Digging Operations

The RM of West St. Paul has begun road scraping and ditch digging operations in preparation for spring runoff. Work is already underway and will continue as weather conditions allow. Crews will begin street scraping in the Parkview Pointe and Meadowlands developments, focusing first on main collector roads before moving into residential streets.

On-street parking is impacting the ability to complete this work safely and effectively. Residents are kindly asked to remove parked vehicles from roadways as soon as possible while operations are ongoing.
