Holiday office hours and garbage & recycling schedule changes

The RM of West St. Paul Administration Office and Operations Office will be closed Dec. 24 at noon and from Dec. 25 – Jan. 1. Operations and Utility staff will still be working during this time.

There will be no garbage & recycling collection for Zone 3 on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Instead, Zone 3 collection for those weeks will move to Monday, Dec. 22 and Monday, Dec. 29. Regular collection resumes the week of Jan. 6.

Tax, Utility and Accounts Receivable amounts due at the end of December will be extended to January 2, 2026 at 4:30pm.
