Library and Prairie Green Landfill receipts for refund due by January 15, 2026
2025 receipts for library memberships and Prairie Green Landfill must be submitted to the Municipal Office no later than January 15, 2026 in order to receive a refund. There are no exceptions.
Library Receipts
Upon proof of residency, the RM will refund up to 50 per cent of the non-residency fee charged at any City of Winnipeg Library, the Gaynor Family Regional Library in Selkirk or the Town of Stonewall Library.
Please keep your receipt from the library of your choice for your rebate.

Prairie Green Landfill Receipts
West St. Paul residents can take large garbage items to the Prairie Green Landfill in the RM of Rosser and the RM will refund the cost of use, up to $60 per household per year. Proof of residency required.
