RFQ 2026-01 - Curbside Collection of Solid Waste and Recycling closes at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

The RM of West St. Paul is committed to an open and transparent tendering process. As such, a public opening of the submitted bids will take place immediately following the closing time in the Municipal Council Chambers at 3550 Main Street. Residents are welcome to attend.
