RFQ 2026-01 Curbside Collection of Solid Waste, Yard Waste and Recycling

The Rural Municipality of West St. Paul is seeking quotations for curbside collection of solid waste, yard waste and recycling.

Specifications and quotation documents including submission documents are available below.

Sealed submissions clearly marked “RFQ 2026-01 Curbside Collection of Solid Waste, Yard Waste and Recycling” will be received by the undersigned at the address below until 11:00am on March 5, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

The Municipality retains the right to reject the lowest or any bid if it does not meet the needs of the Municipality.
