Payments accepted in cash or cheque (made payable to the RM of West St. Paul)

Participants are encouraged to pay on-line when possible or drop-off your payment in the drop-box outside the RM of West St. Paul Municipal Office at 3550 Main St. West St. Paul.  Please put payments in an envelope marked with your name and the program you are paying for.

 Payment can also be submitted at the first class!

How to make an online payment for your Program Registration Fee:

  • Locate the correct vendor in your online banking list
    • Credit Unions: West St Paul, RM – REC
    • Banks: Code for Banks TBA - Unfortunately we do not have a code for Banks yet, so if you use a Banking Institution payments cannot be made online at this time 
  • Enter in your account #
    • Your account number will consist of our program identifier as listed below and your first name or child’s first name (whomever is registered in the program)
      • Day Camps: 1000 
      • Basic Hatha Yoga: 1100
      • Pickleball Clinics: 1500
      • Zumbini: 1600 
      • FIT KIDS!: 1700
    • Account Number example: 1000JANE
  • Enter in the payment amount and complete your payment!
 
Please Note: There may be some programs offered that you will need to contact the instructor or organization directly in order to register and pay! If this is the case, the contact information will be listed directly in the program description! 

The RM of West St. Paul will be following all Public Health Orders issued by the Government of Manitoba

- In accordance with the Public Health Order issued on September 2, 2021, those that enter the facility will be required to show proof of immunization
- Children born after Dec. 31, 2009 who are not eligible to be immunized will be able to attend events and activities with a fully-immunized adult
 Masks are required to be worn, except when engaged in athletic activities
- Allow physical distancing of two meters (6ft) at all times; except for brief exchanges
- Pre-registration is required!  Drop-ins will not be permitted
- All individuals entering the facility must self-screen for symptoms prior to participation: https://sharedhealthmb.ca/covid19/screening-tool/
- Any individual who has answered "Yes” to any question is not permitted to enter the facility
- Answering "Yes” to any of the screening questions are encouraged to go directly home and seek medical advice by calling Health Links-Info Santé in Winnipeg at 204-788-8200
- Do not to arrive sooner than 10 minutes before designated timeslot; leave after timeslot is up
- Multiple programs/rentals in the facility will refrain from interacting with other user groups
- Avoid congregating in shared areas, such as the lobby of the facility

Three Groups:
Recreational Group is now **FULL** – All Levels: 10am-Noon
Intermediate Group is now **FULL** –  Less than 3.5 Skill Level: 12:15-2:15pm
Competitive Group is now **FULL** – 3.5 Skill Level and above: 2:30-4:30pm
