NEW!!!! - Gentle Fit 55+
This class is intended to improve overall health and wellness. It will consist of a gentle warming up of joints and muscles followed by a moderate to vigorous cardio/aerobic endurance-style exercise (appropriate level for participants in attendance), muscle strengthening exercises using resistance - your own body, bands and possible light weights which can be done on a mat or in a chair, followed by balance training and gentle stretching. Come out and have fun, enjoy moving to music. Instructor: Heather Bailey
