Moving with MUSCLE 55+


A great class to keep the body moving and strong!  This workout alternates muscle conditioning exercises (using weights, bands and even your own body weight) with low-impact movements.  It can be adapted to any fitness level and can even be done in a chair! Instructor: Heather Bailey
