NOTE: The DEADLINE to Register for U9-U18 was Wenesday March 24
Any registrations for U9-U18 Soccer done after this time will be subject to the FC Northwest Soccer LATE REGISTRATION POLICY. If the registration is submitted after the Registration Deadline your child will be placed on a team within the FC Northwest Soccer District that can accept another player. There is absolutely NO guarantee what team your child will be placed on. Requests are very difficult to process when a player is late and are most often not met.
2021 West St. Paul Soccer Registration Information
The 2021 West St. Paul Soccer Program will follow all Public Health Order Guidelines and Return to Play Protocols outlined by Manitoba Soccer Association
For Soccer, West St. Paul belongs to FC Northwest (FCNW) which is our District Club. FC Northwest belongs to the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association (WYSA), which is the City Youth Soccer League. WYSA is governed by Manitoba Soccer Association (MSA), which is the Provincial Sport Organization for Soccer in the Manitoba.

**New for 2021**
Any player who lives in the Winnipeg Region or plays in the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) League will have to register with the Manitoba Soccer Association (MSA) and pay the MSA Registration Fee BEFORE registering with their home Community Centre.
MSA Registration Fees for 2021 Outdoor:
• Youth Player U9 (2012) - U18 (2003): $41.00
• Mini Player U3 (2018) - U8 (2013): $16.00
*Note: for West St. Paul Mini Soccer your child must be born between 2017-2013 to register – we do not have a U3 Program!
*These registration fees no longer include the Manitoba Soccer Association Fee*
Step by Step Registration Process:
1. Register as a Youth Player with the MSA - Click HERE for the MSA Online Registration Link
Under Association select MSA – West St. Paul Community Centre
2. Register with your soccer organization
Note: Players must register with the MSA in order to be considered eligible to play in the season as a Youth or Mini Player.

NOTE: For Sports Registrations specifically, individuals must sign up at the Community Centre within their specific catchment area, as per the FC Northwest Soccer REGISTRATION POLICY. You must be a RESIDENT of West St. Paul to complete the registration with West St. Paul. If you register with West St. Paul and do not live within the RM of West St. Paul catchment area your child would be considered an illegal player. Player Transfers to specific West St. Paul Teams will be considered by FC Northwest Soccer, but players must sign-up with their home Community Centre's first.
