Willis Park to be rededicated May 26

As part of West St. Paul’s Centennial celebrations, Willis Park will be rededicated as Centennial Park on May 26.
Families will have a chance to plant a tree at the park, and once planted, will be theirs to nurture at the park through the years. Also part of the celebrations are two soccer games as well as a Tiger bouncy castle. Mayor Bruce Henley will deliver remarks on behalf of the Municipality.
A time capsule will also be buried to mark the first 100 years of West St. Paul.
Festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m., with an unveiling to follow at 6 p.m.
Refreshments will be provided.
