Can I still make installment payments?

Yes. The TIPPS program will continue to be available, allowing residents to pay their property taxes in installments. Beginning in January 2027, the TIPPS program will run from January through December each year. Residents enrolled in the program will continue to make regular installment payments over the full calendar year.
